Work included new and revised partitions, wall additions, ceiling drops, and opening adjustments across the ADU, kitchen, living areas, and entry. Structural framing also included sistered studs and joists, added posts and headers, strong-wall attachment, stair and landing work, and support framing at the garage and mechanical room.
