Work covered demolition and excavation, new concrete footings, retaining walls, slabs, and a French drain system, followed by rough framing, window and door installation, roofing, insulation, drywall, siding, stucco, trim, flooring, tile, and interior and exterior painting. Also included plumbing, electrical, HVAC installation, final cleanup, electrical service upgrade work at the main home, sewer line relocation, and HVAC system replacement and ductwork updates at the main house.
